Motivate Mechanism Innovation of Virtual R&D Team Based on Human Capital Theory
Virtual R&D team as a new kind of R&D organization in knowledgeable economic period can help enterprises pursuit human capital integration and technical competitive advantage. As one of virtual R&D teams critical success factors, motivate difficulty meets the unprecedented challenge. Firstly this paper elaborates the significance of human capital motivate in virtual R&D team. Then the motivate process of virtual R&D team is analyzed according to operational characteristics of virtual R&D team. Finally the paper constructs motivate mechanism of virtual R&D team based on human capital theory.
