Studies on How to Avoid Negative Impacts of Psychological Factors in the Allocation of Human Resources
By using the method of documentary and case analysis, the paper is based on basic principles of the allocation of human resources and discussed how to avoid the negative impacts of the leaders (managers) psychological factors of selection of staff in the allocation of human resources, and how to resolve the negative effects of staffs psychological factors on the allocation of human resource. Finally, we first suggest enterprises should pay attention to follow the basic principles of psychological science and behavioral science, particularly emphasis on construction of psychological environment about equity and competition. Then we should take all effective measures and multi-level incentive for employees, and continues to open up the scope for competition, gradually expand it to a higher level, which made the allocation of Human resource to be optimized.
