Evaluating Recreation Value of Qianfo Mountain Scenic Spot
To evaluate economic value of tourism resources, the recreation value of Qianfo mountain scenic spot in Jinan City is studied in the use of zonal travel cost method (ZTCM).It is revealed that tourists of Qianfo mountain scenic spot in 2009 year came from 15 cities in Shandong province and the expenditure including traffic, lodging, drinking, purchasing souvenirs is about 8 341.9 ten-thousand-yuan. According to the regress model which is established between tourism rate base on population of Shandong provincein 2007 year and travel cost it is evaluated that recreational value of Qianfo mountain scenic spot in 2007 year is 0.144 billion which is greater than realistic economic value. The results is not only enriching the theoretical research and application of practice of environment evaluation in our country, but also giving a reference for the decision behavior of government department and the development of tour resources in the Qianfo mountain scenic spot.
