Knowledge-based Economy and Human Resources Accounting

摘要：

In knowledge-based economy times, knowledge is becoming the most basic and effective production factors of all the elements of wealth created. Human, as a kind of resources, is more and more important to the economy development and received more and more attention. To account the human capital is an important aspect to strengthen the human resource management. Human resource accounting which adapts to the development of knowledge-based economy is applied widely and deeply day by day. This article discusses the necessity of human resource accounting and constructs new human resource accounting methods.
