Study on Human Capital of Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises in China
Small and medium-sized private enterprises are in the process from the stage pioneering work to growing stage. This is a process of qualitative to quantitative. With the process of enterprises to raise the level of technology, Small and medium-sized private enterprises in China are very urgent to study its human capital operation, use human capital to solve the actual problem, operate human factors with business operation of capital of the enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of discussing the human capital from the angle of human capital of small and medium-sized private enterprises, existing problems are analyzed systematically, and some corresponding counter-measures are put forward. Meanwhile the future direction of development of human capital for small and medium-sized private enterprises in is prospected.
