摘要：

This paper states the relationship of niche theory and professional managers living environment in the ecology, builds professional managers niche breadth model, and analyzes the relational principle of professional managers niche overlap as well as competition and exclusion. It offers the niches concerted evolution for professional managers, and realizes professional managers living in harmony model and process, then obtained several enlightenments for develop professional managers living environment.
