Job Satisfaction and Voice Behavior: The Moderating Effect of Organizational Commitment

258 employees from two hospitals were tested by questionnaire surveys, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were used to confirm the construct validity of Job Satisfaction, organization commitment and voice behavior. And Cronbachs alpha coefficients for all three scales were above 0.80. Based on the conclusion fromwestern studies, we suppose that organizational commitment has moderating effect on job satisfaction and voice behaviors relationship under Chinese context. Results of Hierarchical Regressions showed that the moderating effect of organizational commitment in the relationship between job satisfaction and voice behavior was supported.
