Evaluation and Innovation Research of Entrepreneurs Selection Based on Factor Analysis Method
Entrepreneurs selection is the most rough and mighty course for every enterprise. In order to ensure to find integrity entrepreneur, adopting literature analysis method, summarizes and puts forward the construction elements of entrepreneur ability capital as the theoretical frame of entrepreneurs selection evaluation concluding This paper applies the approach of literature analysis to induce and summarize the index element of entrepreneurs selection and evaluation, and constructs the index model of entrepreneurs selection and evaluation. The paper uses factor analysis of statistical theory to fit and apply the model, sequence and analyze separately according to comprehensive score and single factor score which provides scientific evidence fairly and reasonably for the choice of entrepreneur.
