The Study of Knowledge Workers Motivation Mechanism

摘要：

In the knowledge economy, scientific and technological update fast. In order to not be out of social development, knowledge workers are particularly important for the present companies. Their innovative ability is the source of profit. Therefore, how to better stimulate the knowledge workers enthusiasm and motivation become a business concern. In this paper, analyze the characteristics of knowledge workers, while combined with Marlows hierarchy of needs theory, to study the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers.
