摘要：

Human resource management informationization refers to the human resources management which based on internet and highly automated, encompassing the human resources processes. Human resource management informationization makes the human resource workers getting out of repetitive work matters. Based on the analysis of the situation at home and abroad ,this article studied the human resource management informationization technical support, proposed the enterprise human resource management informationization reasonable effective solution, expected can for implement her enterprise which or prepares implement to provide the reference.
