Analysis about Problems in Performance Evaluation of Staff Members in Institutions

Whether performance wage system in institutions effectively functions or not mainly depends on performance evaluation·system. At present, there are some problems in performance appraisal in institutions, which causes the result of performance evaluation not to reflect the actual performance of staff members in institutions. This paper analyses the relationship between performance wage and performance evaluation, then points out some problems in performance evaluation. Institutions can take a few actions to solve these problems in performance evaluation and realize the goal of reform of income system in institutions.
