The Human Side of Chinese Public Administration
Human side of public administration is important to the successful operation of the government and even to the operation of the country. China, as the center of oriental culture, is charming and special in many spheres, but under the situation of globalization, there are many problems in front of human side of Chinese public administration. The paper, based on the methodology of qualitative research points out that Confucianism, the cadre management system and civil system affected greatly on the human side of Chinese public administration on the basis of analysis of related materials in and abroad and the status-quo of Chinese politics, culture, economy and society in the context of todays globalization. With these analysis, we proved our hypothesis that combination of Chinese traditional culture and modern ideas of western human resources management and legal regulations can create a responsible government and get good governance. The difficulties are how to execute these policies without compromising anyones benefit, which promotes us to have further research on it.
