Study on Mistakes and Countermeasures of Enterprise Culture in China

摘要：

There is no culture of an enterprise, there is no cohesion, which will also lose lasting Competitiveness. Healthy corporate culture is an action guide that can make enterprise developing in a right direction. The paper describes the meaning and functions of corporate culture, then analysis the mistakes existing at present and reasons of enterprise cultures construction in China, and further put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.
