The Disparity between China and America in Enterprise Human Resources Management

The riseof knowledge-based economy and information technology with each passing day, which bring about the vast change of business ideas and management perception. With the introduction of advanced Western management ideas, modern human resources management are making great impact on our existing labor and personnel management system and leads to the final replacement Human resource management in the application of Chinese enterprises has just started ,which is far from the systematic introduction and absorption. As to the foreign knowledge of the theory is still stuck in the point stage and it is a long way from the true sense of achievement from the labor and personnel management to human resources management functional shift. U.S. human resource management is relatively more rapidly developed than China, the two countries in the management mode are quite different.
