BSC-based Annual Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Middle-level Managers of Enterprises: A Case Study
Based on the analysis of the K branch of China Construction Bank annual performance problems of middle-level managers, discussed the importance of middle managers for enterprises. Then use BSC concept, build one BSC-based annual comprehensive evaluation model of middle managers. Through testing and found that this model for middle managers the results of the annual assessment has obvious influence. Overall view, it can evaluate the middlelevel managers performance of enterprises more scientifically and rationally.
