Study of Human Resource Quality Cost Management

摘要：

Human Resource is an essential part of the resources for production and reproduction for companies. Management and control of human resource cost is not only a necessary part of cost management but also one way to reduce total costs of the company. Like any other resources with the property of quality, different human resource quality will result in different output of a company. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to classify human resource cost and analyze the content, origins and appearances of human Resource quality cost of different kinds, thus providing new suggestions of human resource management for companies.
