Entrepreneur Scarcity and Property Innovation of State-owned Enterprise

摘要：

A entrepreneur is the enterprise manager who coordinates rare resource and makes the decisive decision in changeful circumstances. Neoinstitutional economics consider that institution is the source of the entrepreneur scarcity of state-owned enterprise, and among which, property system is the most important factor. Applying to the theory of neoinstitutional economics, this assay analyse the property system of state-owned enterprise and put forward the bright future for property innovation of state-owned enterprise.
