摘要：

The problems of human resource management system ecological security have been gradually forced to be put on the agenda by the corporate with globalization increasingly deepening and domestic and foreign economic situation depressing. The metaphor research approach is an important research method for the study of human resource management system ecological security based on the related defining of human resource management system ecological security. The ecological adaptation principle provides an important theoretical reference and viable path choice to the healthy level and adaptive ability human resource management system from the new context and unique view.
