Research on Human Resources Management Innovation in Virtual Enterprises
Increasingly fierce market competition, rapid changes in market demand and the rapid development of modern communication technology lead to virtual enterprise. There are great differences in human resource management between virtual enterprises and traditional enterprises. The problem of human resource management has become a bottleneck restricting the development of virtual enterprises. On the basis of the characteristics of human resource management of virtual enterprises, this article points out the challenge that human resource management of virtual enterprises faces and puts forward some measures.
