Research on Human Resource Management of Project-oriented Enterprises
With the rapidly changing environment, the profitability of enterprises faces unprecedented challenges. As a profit center, project has become more and more important. Therefore, many enterprises, hoping to improve their profits, have to become project-oriented. According to the investigation of Standish group, the success ratios of project, however, are not satisfactory, with the reasons mostly coming from human and organization. To solve the problems, many scholars and professionals pay attention to the study of enterprise human resource management (HRM), project management (PM), and project-oriented organization. But they always ignore the characteristics of project, the impact between the PM and HRM, and organization mechanism. Based on the analysis of the challenges of HR management in project-oriented enterprises, a reasonable projectorganization mechanism can not only achieve the objectives of projects, but also assign resources effectively. Thus the relationship of roles between the enterprise departments and projects should be clarified, a performance evaluation for each project and relative department should be established by way of back deducing the key performance index (KPI) from the enterprise objectives, and the organizational mechanism of a project-oriented enterprise should be established so as to ensure the dynamic allocation of resources.
