Corporate Culture: the Booster of Human Resources Management

Corporate culture is the sum total of management philosophy, behavioral norms and value system. Different economic zones have formed different corporate cultures. As a kind of modern management mode, corporate culture has become more and more import in modern competitiveness. That is because corporate culture is the great driving force for economic development, and it is exerting a growing important effect on the rise and fall of the enterprise. The construction of the corporate culture can also have positive effects on the building of the core competitiveness of human resource.
