Identify Conflicts: Analysis of Enlightenment for Cross-Cultural Management from Parsonss Structure-and-Function Theory
People-oriented principle and building a harmonious society is now the socially general background while enterprises harmoniously development is one of the most important parts of a harmonious society. Existence of multiculturalism in the cross-cultural enterprises leads to cultural conflicts, which brings difficulties in managing these enterprises. Based on the premise that the cultural conflicts exist objectively in these cross-cultural enterprises. Meanwhile, referenced the Structure-and-Function Theory and the Conflict Theory in western sociology, a view of point is proposed that there is a stable relationship among the functions produced by the structures of these cross-cultural enterprises and this kind of relationship should be understood and faced squarely when establishing harmonious management in these enterprises.
