Study on Performance Evaluation Indexes of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Our Country

Performance evaluation lakes an important role in the human resource management, the quality of performance evaluation depends largely on. As a key link in performance management, the establishment of performance evaluation index is also one of the hardest link of performance evaluation. Different enterprises, different management level and different positions establishment of enterprise internal all affect the establishment of index. This text is based on the existing problems in small and medium-sized enterprise management personnel establishing performance evaluation index, and puts forward the problem need to be attended and the influencing factors in the establishment of performance evaluation index, at the same time gives the specific method of the establishment of performance evaluation index, so as to deepen the understanding of performance evaluation in the process of human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprise of our country and provide decision-making of performance evaluation or small and medium-sized enterprises.
