International Comparative Studies on the Level of Human Resource Development
This paper proposed a national level of assessment indicator system and evaluation methodology on the level of human resource development, conducted empirical analysis with 33 countries, and compared the strengths and weaknesses of the level of Chinese human resource development as well as its relative international position.
