Industrial Clusters Effects on Promoting SMEs Financing
SMEs play, an extremely important role in promoting economic growth all over the world. Yet the SMEs financing difficulties is a long term acute problem in China, which prevents SMEs sustainable development to a large extent. This paper analyzes the causes of SMEs financing difficulties and how the industrial clusters mechanism is helpful in settling SMEs financing difficulties, suggests a comprehensive SMEs financing promotion system with a series of particular countermeasures based on taking advantage of industrial clusters in connection with Chinese specific situations.
