The Study of Human Resource Management in SMEs
With the. methods of management, the paper points out that the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in our country need to improve their management level in human resource. The paper investigated the current situation and analyzed the problems that existed in SMEs. Then a series of proposals to improve and strengthen the human resources management was pointed out in the paper.
