Experimental Evaluation of Hybrid RTL Scan Design

摘要：

This work presents a method of scan insertion for RTL design. The method brings the merits of both of par allel and serial scan paths by combining them appropriately, and consequently fuLL scan design can be implemented with low area and delay overhead.
