Comparative Study on Customer Satisfaction and Commodity Price--Survey of Six Hypermarkets in Putuo District of Shanghai

Supermarkets of Shanghai after experiencing 25 years of evolution develop in a differentiation trend and the foreign-funded are led by hypermarkets,while the domestic-funded are dominated by small and medium-size supermarkets,all of which have their advantages and disadvantages.This paper for the first time brought out the data on survey of the six hypermarkets in Putuo District of Shanghai carried out by the marketing department of the Faculty of Management of Shanghai Business School.provided seven discoveries in this study and pointed out the four trends and three recommendations for the further development of hypermarkets.
