Strategic alliance in the marketing has been the most competitive means in the present market economy.The essay puts forward the idea that the strategic alliance includes vertical and horizontal alliance.In order to realize theirs market goal, Enterprises ally With SME(small and medium enterprises) or large enterprises,which is the results of market game,having the great advantages of occupying market swiftly and reduce market risk.This kind of alliance is becoming a common means in the market competition.Thus cooperation has been the important market competitive rule in 21st century.
