Physical lease,as an exchange ofsunrise industryorfuture-oriented industriescalled by the west,is the sharing industry of market economy in China,it also has broad space for development in China.especially in the rural market.Under the current market conditions in rural areas,regardless of looking from the countryside consumers demand or from the perfecting of commodity market system, thev all need physical lease industrys further development.This special commodity exchange way is an effective measure in using the idie unit,stimulating the storage quantity property,optimizing allocation of resources,consummating the countrysides commodity market system and activating the rural market. And it will become the new bright spots in construction and marketing of rural market.
