A Study on Integrated Service Mode in Property Service Industry

摘要：

According to the field snrvey and analysis of 41 questionnaires.the article points out some problems of developing integrated service mode in property industry,including lack of the concept,the low proportion of outsourcing,the higher cost and irregular management institutions.The article further puts forward advices to promote application of the property integration service mode which contains change of the concept.transformation of the operation role,setting up win-win relationship with professional service finns and expanding business based on the integrated service mode of developed countries.
