Innovation Effects in the Supply Chain

摘要：

Due to the importance of supply chains,adopting a firm level perspective on understanding how the knowledge of supply chains lead to superior performance is an emerging fleld of firm management. Based on the resource,knowledge,and strategic choice theory,we identify two knowledge-driven that is knowledge development and intellectual capital.We propose that performance is determined by knowledge development and intellectual capital efforts in the chain strategies. The finding suggests the role of supply chain as a competitive weapon at firm-level performance.
