Influencing Factors Analysis on the Female Leadership Power Based on Position
It is a common phenomenon in organization that the positional leadership power possessed by male are more than that by female.In view of such phenomenon,this issue puts forward three main types of influencing factors.They are glass ceiling, occupational gender segregation and the glass cliff, gender stereotypes,which,respectively,lead to female positional leadership power difference,on different levels,different positions on the same level,and same positions on the same level.Some suggestions are proposed in the last part.
