The Study on Prediction Model About Selecting Quality Assessment to the Marketing Personnel
Talent quality assessment using theory of economics and management and mathematic model is a systematic engineering which is used in the sphere of human resource management.This article takes the talent quality assessment of marketing staff for example in conjunction with its connotation and existing status.We establish the prediction model of marketers about their quality assessment by adopting questionnaire survey and statistical analysis based on norm data in the hope of affording reference to human resources deployment.
