The Market Strategy of the Chain Enterprise

The chain enterprise has become the main managed technique in the modern business economy, in these days they have grown very fast in China and all over the world. This article put some cases of many famous multinational chain corporation, to point that in the managing their market strategy, all the successful chain enterprises chose one or some of the strategy of cheapness, convenient, taste, and specialization. The author explains the meaning and the use of these four market strategies, and it also analyzes how to choose these market strategies for the chain enterprises.
