The Market Research on Land Requisition Indez of Engineering Construction System

摘要：

The paper has analyzed principles of the market land requisition index of engineering construction systeM design, and then discussed the administrative regions of radiation, the field of engineering construction and the ownership relations of the engineering construction index; at last it designed the market operation and the management framework of the index. The results indicated that the market of engineering construction index would help to mobilize investing main bodys enthusiasm of various types of land and the long-term effectiveness of developed cultivated land, promoting the construction units of land-use to be high-efficient and intensively.
