Research on Consumption Level Upgrading and Legal System Guarantee
With the development of social economy in China, the level and structure of consumption rise and upgrade year by year, which improve the development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry. Legal system guarantee on the service industry plays a very important in the development of the whole tertiary industry. This text uses a logical reasoning method to discuss relevant issues on consumption upgrade. Firstly, the author gives a broad outline on the history of resident consumption upgrade in China. Chinese resident consumption upgrade changes from traditional basic living consumption to the development-oriented and entertainment-oriented consumption. And consuming capacity thereupon goes up from tens Yuan level tens of years ago, to hundreds of Yuan level, thousands of Yuan level, ten thousands of Yuan level and hundred thousands of Yuan level. The grade of consumer goods is becoming higher and higher, consumption cycle is becoming shorter and shorter, depreciation is becoming more and more rapidly. Resident consumption upgrade mainly experiences three periods: primary stage, lifes necessities purchasing stage, and development-oriented and entertainment-oriented consumption stage. And then, the author lists the influences of consumption upgrade on the economic development and service industry. Finally, the author concludes that the development of service industry spurred by consumption upgrade needs legal protection.
