On the Method of Total Indez for Measuring Human Capital
The paper intends to demonstrate the reasons why the present index or facilities for measuring human capital are of no effect and maneuverability. As the prerequisites for exchange, human capital should have comparability in two aspects. One is the comparability of peoples educational levels, professional posts and productions. The other is their comparability when being reduced into currency. The paper sets forth the total human capital index and the human capital price modeling in accordance with social necessary labor time and gives the primary verification to the above index and modeling.
