Research on the Evaluation of the Technology Applying and Marketing Personnels Innovation Growth of Hi-tech Enterprise
According to interviews and questionnaires on 350 technology applying and marketing personnel in more than 50 Hi-tech Enterprises, this article analyzes and compares the factors that promote or hinder the technology applying and marketing personnels growth. The six factors are family, society, school, team, organization and environment. This leads to the exploration of setting up a system of evaluation suitable for the personnels innovation ability in Chinese high-tech enterprise and provides important reference for that personnels growth.
