Research on Knowledge Mining of Dredging Operation of the Cutter Suction Dredger Based on SECI
This article discusses standard operation system and its construction process of some cutter suction whose working environment often changes and operation is completed underwater. According to suction dredging operating characteristics, the study introduced the framework of standardization system and the dredging operation of knowledge in the standardization process of personal knowledge to the organization. During the process, the knowledge is enlarged, which is described as SECI. This study extends the application areas of industrial engineering to dredging operation. The standard operation knowledge base will help to promote the personal knowledge to organizational knowledge transformation. After the utilization of the standardization, thereby contributing to an increase in productivity.
