Analysis of the Growth Path of Enterprise

摘要：

Based on Enterprise Life Cycle Theory and Corporate Growth Theory, this paper draws the conclusion after analyzing the life cycle and basic growth path of an enterprise that: any enterprise always follows the inherent law of corporate growth and follow the similar basic growth path of enterprise, from start-up to growth, from growth to maturity, and from maturity to decline, cycle again and again. At the same time, this article also describes the basic growth path of general enterprise from the three latitude of the growth motivation, influencing factors of growth and growth patterns; and believes that behind each enterprises basic growth path and typical cross-sections exist reasonable arrangement of “technology and “institution, actually is the result of coordination between “the mechanism of optimizing efficiency and “the mechanism of coordination interests.
