Discussion on Transparence of Compensation-With Transparent Management Concurrently Discussed
Whether compensation should be transparent or not is of the publics concern. Therefore, trend and voice of transparent management could be partially felt. Among managements value indexes, ‘transparence should be a loud principle scrupulously observed. The study on transparent management needs transition in concept, overlooking from behavioral point of view, and support of multidisciplinary theories.
