Study on Innovation Capability of Enterprise

摘要：

Innovation capability is an important part of the enterprises competition and it is a key element that decides the enterprise success, therefore enterprise executive power is a hot-spot topic both in theory circle and in practice circle. Many scholars created some full insight ideas and opinions. Based on summarizing study achievement of related Innovation capability, this paper discloses the essence and intension of innovation capability through analyzing its character, constitution, arrangement and function. First qualitatively and quantitatively summarize the innovation barrier-pioneering advantages, induced by all kinds of innovation. This provides stability groundwork for evaluation enterprise innovation capability.
