Research on Management Innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Financial Crisis
This essay analyzes the status and functions of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in face of challenges brought by global financial crisis, pointing out that the key to boosting competitive competences of SMEs lies in management innovation. Continuous innovation in management covering aspects of thinking, system, strategy, organization as well as culture proves to be the only viable way to increase competitive competences of these enterprises of China, thereby overcoming their difficulties involved in current development.
