On Space Model and Hierarchical Structure for Trust Operation of Enterprises
Historically, China is not a nation lacking credibility. However, there is a serious honesty crisis nowadays disturbing the order of market economy. Trust is now one of the scarcest resources in China. If a kind of resource is scarce but very useful, those who own it and can make sound management of it will become successful. Based on previous studies, this article attempts to structure in a breakthrough way the multidimensional logical framework diagram for trust operation of enterprises, analyzes the relations between trust operation, corporate culture and operating trust, and probes into the law of development of trust operation from a unique perspective with innovative thinking by combining the experience of innovation and planning in medium and large sized enterprises these years. There is significant theoretical meaning and practical orientation values currently with fierce competition to understand these laws, guide the enterprise operators to study and master the trust operation approaches, and improve the awareness of trust operation among the personnel in the business world.
