Research on the Financing Channels for Private High-tech Enterprises
It is a bottleneck that financing constraints the development of Chinese private high-tech enterprises, this paper analyzed the current financing channels for private high-tech enterprises, it is founded that the financing difficulties are mainly from financing mechanisms, namely, the unreasonable capital structure, the imperfect financial markets, immature venture capital are main factors affecting the financing. This paper put forward, on the basis of analyzing, three combined strategies improving the current financing channels for private high-tech enterprises, that is, increasing policy support and promoting credit guarantees; optimizing the capital market and encouraging venture capital, making full use of civil capital and guiding properly overseas financing.
