An Analysis on SME Cost Control Problems

摘要：

Enterprises are social groups with the purpose of profits seeking to maximize the operating profit. The ultimate goal by carrying out various activities is to maximize enterprise value and cost control is an important means to realize this goal. For SME with difficult operation, cost control is the key factor to make profits even to survive. In this paper, the present situation of SME cost control is analyzed and some proposals to enhance SME cost control are put forward. By means of innovation of cost control methods and measures, SME competitiveness is ultimately improved.
