The Thinking of Knowledge-based Economy Under the New Corporate Culture
Innovation is the soul of business, the relentless driving force of enterprise development and growth. The essence of enterprise Culture is to be human-centered, in order to induce culture as a means to stimulate trade unions for the purpose of selfmanagement ideas and management methods. The future competitiveness of enterprises must be based on the competition of culture, enterprise culture has become the core of the enterprises core competitiveness. This article discusses the successful experiences of foreign enterprises, the extremely important role of culture in innovation and corporate, analysis the misunderstanding during the cultivating of the Enterprise Culture, discuss the strategies for enterprise Culture innovation under the existing misunderstanding, as well as how to create ways to manage cultural issues. It plays a guiding rule in Chinas research on the corporate culture of innovation and corporate culture.
