Research on the Influence of Uncertain Environment on Organizational Paradigm
Organizational environment is becoming more and more uncertain along with further development of knowledge-based economy in the post-industrial stage, which is having a considerable influence on the organizational paradigm. For instance, the boundary conditions of an organization have changed and need to form complex and positive relations with environmental elements; it is difficult to grasp external factors affecting the value judgment of an organization and to predict organizational objectives; adaptability outmatches efficiency and the ability of fast responding to environmental changes would become the precondition for organization development.
