Innovation of Application on Value-based Recruitment and Selection in World-Class Business Firms

Core values of a business firm are beliefs and ideas about the kinds of goals that members of a business firm should pursue. Among all the critical factors that determine a success, the core values of a business firm have an important role to play. Recruitment and selection are the first process in human management to decide whether a company can find right people to perform a certain kind of jobs. Statistics show that more and more world-class business firms are attaching great importance to job seekers value during human recruitment and selection stage. Only those whose value match the value of the company can have more chances to get the job, and can possibly do the work well in a long run. This paper analyzes the values of companies and individuals should and must match in order to achieve companys goals. How the world-class business firms conduct their value-based recruitment and selection are discussed in depth in the paper.
